big boy bed

due to the climbing nature of our little H, he got his big boy bed a little earlier than most.  well that, and due to the fact that we found "the" bedding and couldn't wait :)

as everyone probably knows, D is a bit of a baseball fan (and by default that means i am too).  i tried resisting the baseball room and finally caved, but only if i could do a vintage room.  well that never happened thanks to our plain white walls in military homes, so i did the next best thing.  pottery barn.  they had the American League and the National League quilts....so we got both.  won't they look cute on twin beds or bunk beds one day? 

for now, H absolutely thinks he is all grown up and loves to play in his new bed.  he really loves to play with his monkey rain boots in his bed.  haven't figured out that one yet....
