Well, the Bachelor never disappoints. Even when you don't care who wins, it is still a good source of entertainment. Where else can you see beautiful people (usually a token crazy one) in beautiful places fighting for love? It's a great place to see best and worst dressed, make bets on who wins and even plan future vacation spots. I've had fun blogging about this season, I might just keep it up.
For a quick recap, Brad Wommack came back for a second round as the Bachelor. The first time (I didn't watch that season) he didn't find love but came back as a changed man (with a therapist and all). He had a great mix of personalities to choose from, but it definitely wasn't the most exciting season.
The front runners were Michelle (portrayed as a crazy hair stylist), Shawntel (a funeral director), Chantal (a very cool chic), Ashley (the kid sister) and Emily (a single mom/southern belle). Michelle got sent home because he thought they argued too much, Shawntel because death freaked him out, and Ashley because of a bad date basically.
The final rose was between Chantal and Emily. Much to my disappointment he picked Emily. He and Chantal had so much fun together and I really liked her. Although Emily was terribly sweet and pretty, I just didn't get it between them.
Then......After the Final Rose aired. Wow. Emily has changed. Apparently they fight a lot and she got some zingers in on him during the show. My guess, he's wishing he had kept Michelle around, at least with the arguing he got that hot chemistry.
Either way, junk tv is great.
