I stumbled across this recipe awhile ago (I don't remember where, sorry...). It was an experimental night and we were prepared to order pizza if it flopped. I found it on a search for meals under $5 and thought it was worth a shot. It really tastes like a cheeseburger!!

1 tsp mustard
2 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp dill pickle juice

3. Cook ground beef in a skilled until browned. Drain and rinse with hot water.
4. Stir in onion, chopped pickles, ketchup and mustard.
5. Sprinkle with flour and add pickle juice and milk. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
6. Remove from heat and add 1 cup of cheese. Let stand until cheese melts.
7. Pour into the prepared crust and bake for 15 minutes, or until edges of crust are golden brown.
