H's School Party

Since we didn't have a lot of little kids coming to Huston's family birthday party, we decided he should have one at school.  That and I love to overdo it when it comes to birthdays....

While the kids were outside playing, Gramma Marie and I set up the goodies.

Gramma got a great shot of him coming in and seeing it all....he was so surprised!

It took the kids a little while to decide to try the Spiderman Rice Krispie treats.....I guess they do look a little odd to eat.  And once they dug in I quickly realized that black icing might have been a bad idea.  It did wash off, but took a little rubbing.

It was a fun little party and even though he got a little embarrassed at first, he seemed to enjoy all the special attention and his friends were all really excited too.
