You have always loved dancing but now that you have found music videos on YouTube you have started begging me for your own channel so that can post videos of you dancing and singing. If I had to guess what genre you'd be I'm a little sad to say you be a mix of pop, rap and boy band. You do have a love for classic rock but I don't think I'm ever going to get you to like country music.
Your favorite subjects at school are reading, math and PE. Something finally clicked and you love to read, sometimes to the point that you ignore everyone around you. I don't know where you got the math gene, but I'm sure glad you did because I sure never had it! Your teacher is Mrs. Reeves and I think you may have your first crush. The other day when I asked you to tell me I was the prettiest girl in the whole world, you told me quite seriously, "But you're not. Mrs. Reeves is." I am just so happy that you love your classroom and school and friends that I let it slide :) This has been a great school year for you - you have so many different friends and are doing great in school and have lots of different interests. This summer you are going to karate camp.
You are such a sweet and smart little boy that truly has a kind heart. Sometimes you are a little too rough and mean with your brother and are still learning to adjust to being a "big brother" but I can see you starting to teach him things and I hope you always know how much he looks up to you. I hope that as you are older and reading these blogs that you and your brother are best friends. If you aren't, I'm telling you now to pick up the phone and call him. And me...don't forget about your momma!
