weekend o' fun

now that i am a working woman again, i do love my weekends. this one started out a little bumpy. i wanted a girls night so badly and could not round up any girls. even though we are settling into ohio pretty well (we've been here a year now already!), i do miss my girls. as you get older, you just don't find friends like the ones you went to college with.

saturday morning, i felt mopey for a bit and then doug and i chatted and basically i came to realize that those days may be gone - but i can still find fun in other ways. i went and got ready and took H to another pumpkin patch and corn maze and we had a great afternoon. here is a pic of us on the hayride, we don't get many pics together because i'm always behind the camera but some people offered to take it:



sunday we took a nice nap and then doug took me and the boy to the cheesecake factory! this was very important because pumpkin cheesecake is here! i do love fall!!
